RETURN POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In case of purchases made from our online store, you may unreasonably request that a product will be returned to us and we will refund the money, provided that you notify us in writing through the special contact form available here, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product from you or from a third party you indicate. If you order a batch of products, the deadline starts when you receive the last product in the batch or upon completion of the last batch in the event of periodic benefits. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY - LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
Each product is accompanied by a written legal guarantee from the manufacturer of the product or company that imported the product to the EU. In the event of a defective product, you should contact a company representative to send a technician who will evaluate if there is a defect in the product or machine. Replacement of the machine requires a prior inspection by our technician (or the supplier's authorized workshop if we are not the sole representative) and a written diagnosis of his failure to verify that the product was defective at tradition. In the event of a defect confirmed by our technician, the Company will, at its sole discretion, arrange for the machine to be machine-made, by repair or replacement.
Please pay special attention to the terms of the warranty provided by the supplier, which are included in the products under the responsibility of the supplier, and in particular the information on the safe use and maintenance of the products.
